Struggling with Dinner Ideas: Seeking Easy, Kid-Friendly Meals for a Busy Schedule

You can't go wrong with gousto or hello fresh as it's step by step. I never had a bad meal with them and there is no waste.
You also don't need to think what's for dinner.
Just select your menu the week before

What about homemade burgers with some sweet potato chips ? X they are so easy to make x
400g mince meat
1egg
I bread slice blitzed in blended
Half a small cup Parmesan grated
I small onion chopped and fried
Salt and pepper and mix it up and grill for 8 min each side x
It takes about 15 min to make max

My go to for fussy kids is make your own pizza or those bbq fajita kits .. you can buy cheap cheese pizzas and give the kids topping options they like that they can put on the pizza, make faces or patterns with the toppings, everyones happy to be involved and coz they made it themselves with stuff they like they always eat it 😁 .. the fajita kits are ace coz you can set it up like make your own again, provide the fillings in bowls, cheese, lettuce, cooked meat n veg, salsa, mayo or sour cream, tortilla wraps all in a buffet style and let them build their own wraps 😁 again coz they get to chose they are more likely to eat it 😁

Batch cook if you can find a meal you'll all eat. I could not and would not cook every night but like my kids to eat home cooked food. I batch Bolognese, chilli, curry, soup, hidden veg pasta sauce, meatballs, cottage pie, even roast meat in gravy to add to roast potatoes and frozen peas.

I did a really easy one the other night, chicken, mushrooms (by choice), pesto (red or green) and cream cheese with pasta, so quick and easy xx
