Bra Recommendations for Small Bust - Struggling with Fit and Style After Weight Loss

I went from 34A to 32B as they seem to fit better, from Victoria's secret, built in padded cups. Had them about 10 years now 🤣🙈

I hate bra shopping! I hate measuring 🙄 and every brand is different… in the US here— lately I’ve just been ordering online— Amazon try before you buy has been working for me. But just by trial & error I used to usually buy 36C and now most of mine are 34D/DD… in some though the 34 is too tight & 36 is too loose so some styles just don’t work.

Bralettes all the way - I’m small chested and hate underwired bras (hate bras in general 🤷‍♀️) they are pointless on me 🫣😂 loads of nice bralettes around now - you can get plain ones or nicer lace ones if you want something a bit prettier - and they are way comfier than any regular bra 👌x

I got some age 10-11 ones from New Look yesterday as even the 30AA were too big. They fit really nicely, they even had a strapless one that fitted which I've not seen before, super comfy too.

Hi, can i politely suggest joining Boob or Bust - Bra measuring advice and doing the calculator. There's a wealth of knowledge on there and you may be pleasantly surprised. It will give you a smaller band and larger cup. Trust the process xx

I have recently come across this page and after following it for a month or so I feel so much more knowledgeable and have found it easier to find a bra, when before I hated bra shopping! They also give you a list of retailers who sell your size, who gives free returns, which style will suit your boob shape etc
I'm not debating your size but I've found this page so useful and want to pass it on 😊

My friend told me about double padded bras in asda she swears by them x I have opposite problem, we r never happy r we xxx

As others have said I’d check boob and bust - I’m a 30d which is equivalent to a 34aa but fits a lot better. Boux avenue are good, Ann summers surprisingly. I also get 32b highly padded ones from Matalan and primark. Finally Amazon do some sticky pads which I’ve popped into some bikini tops

I keep getting Facebook ads for an American brand Pepper bras for exactly this. I like a balcony style as I feel it gives a better look. I also quite like marks and Spencer padded strapless (you can wear with straps) And don’t even get me started on swimwear for this…

Please look up the BOB method of measuring yourself you may find your breasts are bigger than you think and you’re just measuring incorrectly a lot of underwear shops don’t measure properly xx

Find an independent lingerie shop. Tall and bored but teeny here. I personally go without. crop top or independent. You walk in and they know instantly way will work:)
