I would book a bra fitting with Marks and Spencer, I have always been impressed woth thier service.

@marklight1969 I don't know what plus 4 means. All I know is after coming out of nursing bras and getting remeasured, loads of people have commented how nice my boobs look and I feel confident in tops again.

@rejoicealwaysfc it's really personal preference. Boob or bust measurements put me in completely the wrong size (cup and band), I'm now in the right size after an m and s fitting. They also measured my back at 32 inches and have me in a 32 bra so I don't know what the plus 4 thing is but they didn't use it for me

I could have wrote this myself, I sympathise, I’ve tried lots of different bras,asda ones are comfortable the padded boost ones not t shirt ones

@pandorasbox I second Primark they do a great bra that had padding to increase by two cup sizes but is comfortable

Boob or bust Is a page where you can learn your actual boob size. I spent years wearing 34 c on old sizing and I was a 30e (I’m acc quite small chested) if there is a gap the bra is the wrong shape and band is too big! X

Mine shrunk, after much research and seeing a lack of oestrogen can cause this (in part) I started taking the pill..and doing chest exercises... I feel they have improved x

Just bought some 32b (used to wear 34a but have lost weight and think my band size has reduced). H&m and pour moi. I find style really affects the fit. Balcony bras seem to work but push ups not so much as my boobs seem to be too far apart for them!

Try Asda's 2 sizes bigger
