Seeking Help: Children's Book with a Little Boy Who Doesn’t Want to Go to Bed

I’m wondering if you can all help me… I’m looking for a childrens book that my2 love. Since moving I just can’t find it

Basically it’s about a little boy who is told to go to bed but says he can’t because of different reasons.. for example one page says
“I can’t go to bed, little one said.. I have to be a monster instead! Look I have monstery eyes and monstery toes, monstery fingers and a monstery nose” or something like that
