I‘m not sure whether the strawberry should be fresh, or a liqueur, maybe you can guess from the drink (did it have a strawberry fruit texture?) I love a strawberry cocktail though, and it’s summer so I would say try fresh. There must be pineapple juice judging by the creamy looking top, so I’d suggest:-
- chill your glass by filling with water and ice (tip out before adding the drink and give it a theatrical shake)
- cut some strawberries (maybe 4 or 5) in half and then muddle them in the bottom of a cocktail shaker (squish them with a muddler - or the end of a kids rolling pin works really well)
- add 60ml vanilla vodka
- add 15ml peach schnapps (archers)
- Add maybe 30ml pineapple juice
- add 15ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- shake over ice and then strain and serve in your chilled glass.
- looks like they topped with freeze dried strawberries, and serve with a double shot of rose prosecco on the side.
Just a guess and you’ll need to experiment, that should be fun though!!
