Focus on one room a day, kitchen tidy surfaces and clean floor, living room vacuum/mop, dust, bedrooms vacuum dust, quick tidy, bathroom clean.
Once a month do a more thorough clean.
Work left to right in a room and give yourself a set time to do it, what doesn’t get done doesn’t get done (you can pick it up next week). And make sure you allow half hour to yourself either before or after for that coffee to yourself, pop a face mask on and feet up.
Big toy box for each child and Chuck it all in end of each day. You can do a monthly sort out of it (or fortnightly, whatever works for you).
