Fresh Packed Lunch Ideas for My Little One and New Dinner Inspiration

Can I have meal and packed lunch ideas please guys...
My l.o is starting packed lunches in Sept and I don't want to fall back into the same boring crap as I did last time for her. Bonus points if it's stuff My o.h can use for bait while out on bin rounds.
Also looking for different tea ideas, sick of the same mince & dumplings, spaghetti bol, corned beef pie, curry and lasanga.
 
Hes a bin man so needs lunch he can eat while they have break. Meaning it will be in his bag in the van for most of the morning. We can chill with freezer blocks but not able to heat up etc
 
Cold pasta dishes, pizza, sausages, nuggets, quiche, pork pie, scotch egg, sausage rolls etc
Breadsticks/Doritos/crackers/veg and little dips
The Chillys brand flasks are good, they do food ones and they stay really warm, my husband will sometimes have soup, porridge or chilli etc in one and they’re still warm 8 hours later.
 
Lunch here is pretty standard tbh a sandwich, wrap or filled pita , apple, sliced pepper or celery or carrot, squeezy yogurt, piece cake if I’ve made one or naked bar. When I have strawberries, blueberries or raspberries I put them in small pot too. Winter I bought a thermos and she takes last nights left over dinner or soup which stays hot till lunchtime C xxx good luck, it’s a monotonous job 😂
